惠州市历史文化街区渐进式更新策略

随着社会各界对历史文化街区保护意识的逐渐增强,保护要素的细致识别和保护方式的合理选择就成为了街区历史文化价值能否真正得以传承的关键所在。研究以广东省惠州市历史文化街区为例,提出从时空的四维角度梳理出街区的核心历史文化价值体系,并以渐进式地调整人地关系、营造公共空间和整治街巷建筑为主要空间发展策略,各有侧重地传承历史性的生活方式、集体记忆和城市肌理,从而建立一种基于传承性视角的既有利于街区整体格局完整保护,又对当代城市文脉的重建和延续有所裨益的工作思路。     

生态与文化相融的新城城市设计探析——以阿城区东部山水新城概念城市设计为例

生态是城市的基础,文化是城市的灵魂,城市又是生态与文化的空间载体。构建生态与文化相契合、人与自然和谐的特色新城,不仅能增强城市的识别性和记忆性,提高城市知名度,还能增强市民的认同感和自豪感,强化城市的凝聚力,突出城市的魅力,促进城市旅游业的发展和吸引投资,推动城市经济的发展。阿城区东部山水新城概念城市设计以自然山水为生态本底,以文化为特色,以现代科技为手段,通过科学合理的规划设计,深入挖掘地方自然人文资源特色,创新产业发展,优化城市空间,以期把山水新城建设成为一个集商业金融、休闲娱乐、文化体育和高档居住于一体的多功能、生态型及富有丰富文化内涵的现代化新城。     

模块式墙体绿化技术

模块化墙体绿化具有系统化,速成景,易装卸等优点,日益受到建筑师的青睐。但国内的墙体绿化处于起步阶段,该文介绍三种国外较为成熟的模块式墙体绿化系统,对系统构造、基质选择、维护以及适用性进行了分析,为国内建筑师及园林设计师提供墙体绿化设计及构造设计参考。     

Media as Educator,Media as Disruptor: Conceptualizing the Role of Social Context in Media Effects

We document how social contexts serve to refract media effects. We theorized the relationship between media use and individual‐level knowledge (and attitude) would be stronger when community‐level knowledge (and attitude) was low than when it was high. Data come from a national survey (N = 12,608 women and 1,237 men) conducted in Nepal. Knowledge and stigma toward people living with HIV were the 2 dependent variables. Hypotheses were tested 12 times: across the use of 3 media (newspaper, radio, television) × 2 study outcomes (knowledge and attitudes) × 2 genders. Predicted interactions were supported in 9 of the 12 tests. Findings point to the need to take into account the role of community factors in theorizing about media effects.

近年来，建筑创作呈现多元化的趋势，在经济社会大发展的同时．也给城市带来了前所未有的问题，随着城市历史文脉的不断缺失．场所精神再次成为人们关注的热题．．本文从建筑的场所和场所精神为切入点．通过实际参与的项目——浏阳城市综合体为例．通过一些独特的视角具体说明和展现在实际设计中对于场所和场所精神的重建。     

当今住宅设计新趋向：三个小区住宅设计的启示

通过对南湖中央花园，常青花园五号小区，地龙徐东小区中十几种住宅户型的分析，总结出一系列跨世纪住宅设计的新趋向，新思潮，并对未来的居住空间作了探索性的展望。     

Detection of EGFR on living human gastric cancer BGC823 cells using surface plasmon resonance phase sensing

Label-free and real-time information acquisition of molecular phenotype and its function on living cells plays a significant role in disease diagnosis and drug development. In this paper, SPR phase sensing was applied to monitor the interactions between EGFR antibody, EGFR1, and membrane proteins EGFR on living human gastric cancer BGC823 cells. When 50 μg/mL EGFR1 was added onto the fixed cells chip and the living cells chip, a significant difference in the binding amount could be observed from the immunofluorescence images. Quantitative results were obtained by following SPR detection, which were 722 RU and 438 RU, respectively. On the same living cells chip, SPR detection also showed markedly different results of cellular responses when it was stimulated by EGFR1 at different concentrations, such as adhesion and/or morphology variation, revealing the EGFR1's cytotoxic effect on the BGC823 cells. The results demonstrate SPR phase sensing is capable of real-time detection of molecular interactions and cellular responses on living cells, and suggest that further studies on the mechanism and the technique may allow SPR sensing become a powerful tool not only for the basic research of cell biology, but also for medical diagnosis and drug development.     

Lectin Conjugated Gold Nanoparticle-based Colorimetric Assay for Studying the Interactions of Antibiotic with Living Cell

The interactions of antibiotic with living cells were studied by lectin conjugated gold nanoparticles(GNPs)based colorimetric assay. Because of the high affinity of lectin for saccharides, the lectin conjugated GNPs are able to employ as indicators for monitoring the antibiotic induced changes of glycosyl complexes. The interactions of a well known antibiotiC., tunicamycin, with two different cell lines, HeLa and SHG-44, were selected to establish this assay.In the presence of tunicamycin, the dose-and time-dependence on the decreasing of binding affinity of lectin conjugated GNPs with living cells were demonstrated by conventional microscopic and UV-Vis spectroscopic studies. The experimental result demonstrates that our approach can be used to identify antibiotic induced expression difference of glycosyl complexes on different cellular surfaces and determine drug activity quantitatively. For further confirming the capability of the GNP-based assay, the system was also studied by confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM)and classic flow cytometry(FCM) assay, and satisfactory results were obtained.     

A study on building sustainable communities in high-rise and high-density apartments – Focused on living program

The purpose of this study is to suggest a conceptual model for sustainable communities, considering sustainable development and placemaking perspectives of community building in Korean apartment complexes. This study then verifies the validity of the model as an action plan. Based on a review of literature at home and abroad, the model was conceptualized on the structure of living programs and physical and social settings for sustainable communities in Korean apartment complexes. The living program, which connects physical and social settings, consists of four action subjects: Activation of community spaces, activation of community programs, activation of participation, and activation of ecological living and design. This model demonstrates that a living program will increase resident satisfaction and result in a sustainable community. Three subjects out of the four suggested in the living program of the model were empirically tested based on previous research data. According to the correlation analysis between living programs and residential satisfaction, when residents are satisfied with community spaces, programs, and participation in the community, overall residential satisfaction rises. Accordingly, the living program of the conceptual model plays a meaningful role in developing sustainable communities in Korean apartment complexes.
